Realy
Terms of use

Conditions to review before release.

These are proposed terms for Realy, pending approval by its responsible operator and qualified legal or institutional reviewers. They are not currently an adopted agreement.

1. Service and access

Realy is software for retrieving data through validated table operations. A functioning service requires operator-configured hosting, authorized CSV data and account authentication. Plugin upload is separate from deployment, connection, review and publication. Availability depends on the actual deployment and its providers.

2. Authorized use

Only connect data and accounts you are authorized to use and disclose to the configured providers and MCP client. Use the service for lawful, permitted purposes. Do not bypass authentication, exceed granted database access, attempt destructive operations or include credentials in requests.

A read-only operation grammar is not a substitute for a restricted database role, access controls or an institutional data-use approval.

3. Output limitations

Client-generated queries and summaries can be incomplete or incorrect. Review returned values, interpretations, truncation notices and traces before relying on an answer. The supported grammar does not cover every analysis task. An unsupported result should not be presented as a completed analysis.

The integration does not establish statistical significance, causation or suitability for medical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions. Data access is scoped to the signed-in Realy account.

4. Data and third-party services

Consult the privacy policy before providing data. Database, hosting and client services have their own terms and settings. The hosted MCP executes structured read-only queries without a backend model API. The separate Realy web chat and connected clients may use their own model services and billing arrangements.

5. Matters requiring operator approval

The responsible legal entity, software licensing and distribution rights, audience, commercial terms, warranty language, liability provisions, suspension process, governing law and dispute process must be decided by the authorized operator and appropriate reviewers. This draft does not invent those terms, grant a license to third-party code or waive anyone's statutory rights.

6. Contact and version

Draft prepared October 2, 2026. Contact the project team for clarification. An effective date and approved final terms must be supplied before public release.
